Quick 1-minute setup
In the box, you'll find your Ally device with a SIM card already inserted, a power cord, and a phone cord.
Step 1
Connect the power cord to the back of your ally device and then plug it into a wall outlet
Step 2
Plug the phone cord into the Tel1 phone port and the other end of the phone cord into your existing phone handset.
Step 3
Turn on your Ally device, and that's it! Your Ally device is ready to make calls.
This device allows cell service to be used with a traditional landline phone. In our case, this was just what was needed for my 99 year old grandfather... When companies market “cell phones for seniors”, they are most likely talking about people in their 70s. The battery backup means that even if the power goes out, he will still be able to make and receive calls. The Ally was the perfect solution for us, and so far has done everything it claims without issues.
